Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Required skill to demonstrates the ability to work well with people, both internally and with the external customers.
  2. Hands on experience in souring for IT skills only
  3. Desired should have sourced candidates for ERP (SAP, Oracle, MS) or Cloud ΓÇô Aws , Azure , GCP or Testing or Programming Language ( Java FS or Python or UI/UX ) or Database or Big Data and Analytics or Mobile Technologies or AI, ML, RPA , Blue Prism
  4. Performing End to End recruitment process (Identification -> Pre-screen to check technical skills, interest level and CTC fitment with DOJ -> Schedule for Interview-> Coordinate for Offer→ Candidate
    Joining.
  5. Experience in sourcing candidates from job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn etc and LinkedIn connection of 5000+ is mandate for 3+yrs candidates.
  6. Basic Excel skills
  7. Work from Home (WFH), Laptop / Desktop with Internet connection is mandate.

Candidate Profile

Qualification: UG/PG
  1. Exposure and understanding of Recruitment function and market dynamics
  2. Should worked in similar role and have experience in onboarding minimum of 2 to 10 / Month Consultant every month (Permanent / Contract).
  3. Must have 1+yearsΓÇÖ experience only in C2H (Contract to hire) Domestic IT Staffing domain is an advantage for 3+ yearsΓÇÖ experience for IT Recruiter
  4. US IT Recruitment, Non-IT, HR Executive experience will not be considered.
  5. Should have worked for with clients above 5000 to 2,00,000+ employeeΓÇÖs advantage.
  6. Ability to work in challenging business / market environment with aggressive targets / stringent timelines.
  7. Overall Experience should be 1- 5 Years of relevant experience in IT Recruitment Domain.
  8. ATS Tools experience is an advantage
  9. Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
