Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Required skill to demonstrates the ability to work well with people, both internally and with the external customers.
- Hands on experience in souring for IT skills only
- Desired should have sourced candidates for ERP (SAP, Oracle, MS) or Cloud ΓÇô Aws , Azure , GCP or Testing or Programming Language ( Java FS or Python or UI/UX ) or Database or Big Data and Analytics or Mobile Technologies or AI, ML, RPA , Blue Prism
- Performing End to End recruitment process (Identification -> Pre-screen to check technical skills, interest level and CTC fitment with DOJ -> Schedule for Interview-> Coordinate for Offer→ Candidate
Joining. - Experience in sourcing candidates from job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn etc and LinkedIn connection of 5000+ is mandate for 3+yrs candidates.
- Basic Excel skills
- Work from Home (WFH), Laptop / Desktop with Internet connection is mandate.
Candidate Profile
Qualification: UG/PG
- Exposure and understanding of Recruitment function and market dynamics
- Should worked in similar role and have experience in onboarding minimum of 2 to 10 / Month Consultant every month (Permanent / Contract).
- Must have 1+yearsΓÇÖ experience only in C2H (Contract to hire) Domestic IT Staffing domain is an advantage for 3+ yearsΓÇÖ experience for IT Recruiter
- US IT Recruitment, Non-IT, HR Executive experience will not be considered.
- Should have worked for with clients above 5000 to 2,00,000+ employeeΓÇÖs advantage.
- Ability to work in challenging business / market environment with aggressive targets / stringent timelines.
- Overall Experience should be 1- 5 Years of relevant experience in IT Recruitment Domain.
- ATS Tools experience is an advantage
- Excellent Verbal & Written Communication Skills.
